Junmai Junmai Sake made from "Ichibanboshi" edible rice produced in Ushio City. It is a fresh sake made from freshly squeezed rice harvested that year. The taste is soft and gentle, and one can savor the pure taste of the rice. Newly released every December. Stored at a portion of ice temperature, the ripe flavor is further enhanced in six months. Goes well with meat dishes.
