Jummai Kouji Choki Jukuseishu 2005
- It is the world's first sake brewed with 100% rice malt and the first sake brewed with 100% rice malt in Japan. The brewing process is no different from that of sake, except that it is made using only rice malt, but the taste is a perfect balance of elegant sweetness and refreshing acidity, reminiscent of world-class noble rot wines. The three or more years of aging gives it a unique aroma, a beautiful amber color, and a rich flavor that brings out all the charm of an aged sake. This is a long-aged sake brewed in 2005.
