味わいの特徴
Dewazakura's standard junmai sake "Ikko" is bottled in its raw state without any heat sterilization. The challenge of shipping unpasteurized sake began in 1982, when Dewazakura started to offer the unpasteurized sake that could only be enjoyed at the brewery throughout the year. Our refrigeration system, which keeps the temperature at minus 5 degrees Celsius even in the middle of summer, ensures that our sake is always delivered to our customers in its best condition.
