- On sale in October (limited quantities) This limited edition sake was created to commemorate "Sake Day" on October 1. Sake pressed in early spring is matured to its full flavor in October. This limited edition sake has been matured in a special refrigerator for several months in preparation for its release on October 1. The cedar balls on the eaves of the brewery turn brown from the green of new sake, and we toast to the season when the original charm of sake is further enhanced with a commemorative sake for Sake Day.
