- 味わいの特徴
- The subtle first arrivals are ripe honeydew melon and the refreshing fruit flavors of mangosteen. Aromas of cotton candy and mitarashi dumplings add a touch of nostalgia. White flowers such as lily of the valley and chrysanthemum, suze (gentian root liqueur), and a hint of aloe are not flashy but have a strong presence. In the back lurk aromas reminiscent of cumin and the umami flavor of kelp dashi. The gentle and rich attack is accompanied by viscosity, and its sweet touch is gradually replaced by a body with a low center of gravity. The stimulation of acidity emerging from the back of the body covers the entire tongue from the tip, tightening the umami body.
