To mark the 150th anniversary of our company's founding, we wanted to create a sake that represents the present day Sekiya Brewery. This high-quality sake carefully brings out the flavor of rice nurtured in the Okumikawa region. Maka" is a sake made using "Yumesansui," our own cultivated rice suitable for sake brewing, with the highest quality in every step of the process, starting with rice cultivation.
