味わいの特徴
Sakura Aqua" is a beautiful cherry blossom color, but no synthetic coloring agents are used. The use of "BENI KOJI" (red yeast rice) gives it a natural crimson color, resulting in a pale, lovely cherry pink sake. The slight bubbling produced during the fermentation of the "moromi" in the bottle makes it light and refreshing to drink. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and the slightly sweet and sour flavor can be enjoyed. The red yeast rice used in this product contains GABA (amino butyric acid), which according to recent research is believed to suppress nervous system excitation, reduce fatigue and stress, and have a positive effect on high blood pressure and cholesterol.
