The color is an attractive bright golden yellow. The top has a strong sweet, intense aroma of maple syrup. After a few minutes, a bouquet emerges, with banana-like fruit aromas joining this. On the palate, the rice is flavorful and full-bodied. The refreshing acidity gives strength and structure to the elegant palate.
