味わいの特徴
The color is a lustrous yellow gold, which is the original color of the rice, and comes from the unfiltered process. The aroma is innovative and powerful, with aromas of rich ripeness, ripe pear and caramel, and honey and oak notes that harmonize and do not interfere with meals. The attack is velvety and the acidity has settled down with age, but the long finish is creamy and rich with the delicious flavor of rice. The finish is a pure rice ginjo with full strength.
