This limited edition sake is released during the winter season when the taste of winter has become more fatty. Because fermentation continues in the bottle after bottling, this rare sake is rarely sold outside of the prefecture. A small amount of glutinous rice is used to express a soft sweetness. You will enjoy the lively flavor of the mash, the refreshing slight effervescence, and the refreshing aftertaste that only nigori sake can provide. It is Noto's local sake brewed with rice and water from Noto.
