Kobayashi Shuzo|Tochigi
Kobayashi Shuzo|Tochigi
- 味わいの特徴
- Made from Yamadanishiki produced in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, this sake is characterized by its mellow, soft touch and gentle, natural flavor. As the temperature rises, the aroma becomes more gorgeous. Please take your time to enjoy this sake cold or lukewarm, and enjoy the culture and history of sake called "cold wholesale". Cold sake is brewed in the bitter cold of winter, squeezed as new sake, and stored after being fired once. During the hot summer months, the sake is stored in the cool temperatures of the brewery, and when the autumn winds begin to blow, the sake is matured to the point where it can be enjoyed in its natural state without the second heating process that is usually required.
