The acidity is fine and calm. The bitter taste is accompanied by umami that leads to a gentle finish. The minerality is felt at the end. The aftertaste has a white peach aroma. Sweetness reminiscent of pre-ripe melon and rice-derived sweetness play together. Overall, the wine is soft and has little cloying taste, and the moderate acidity evokes the gentle sweetness of the first half.
