味わいの特徴
It is a junmai-shu brewed with Fukumitsuya's proprietary yeast. It has a light texture, a smooth throat, a refreshing fruit acid (malic acid) flavor, and an alcohol content of 12%, making it suitable for a variety of occasions, regardless of the genre of cuisine. It is also highly effective in rinsing the palate, making it ideal as an everyday food wine or as a cocktail base. Serve at room temperature or chilled to about 8°C (46°F).
