Kuromatsuokina Jummaidaiginjo Akahako
- Yamada-Nishiki from Iga, grown under contract, is used as the raw material rice and brewed with mellow soft water from Iga (Suzuka Mountains subterranean water, hardness 3.0). The soft flavor is fermented at a low temperature and blended with daiginjo of three rice polishing ratios (35%, 40%, and 45%) to create a light aroma and a deep flavor, and a delicious blend of Yamada-Nishiki flavor.
