Kuromatsuokina Morimoto Vintage Sake1995
- Sake brewed in 1995 and carefully aged in the brewery (about 12℃). It has a matured, slightly yellow hue that gives it a stately appearance. It has a melt-in-your-mouth, mellow feeling that spreads over the tongue, and a fine, honey-like sweetness. It is an old sake with the fine texture of sake brewed with soft water from Iga, which is surrounded by a slightly chestnut-like and chocolate-like aroma. It is delicious at room temperature, but it is also exceptional heated or on the rocks. It is also delicious at room temperature, but it tastes best when heated up or on the rocks.
