This sparkling sake is fermented in the bottle using only rice and rice koji, and the carbon dioxide gas created along with the alcohol during the fermentation process is sealed inside the bottle. This is the best sparkling sake used in the awards ceremony of Super Formula, the top racing category in Japan. The taste is a harmony of refreshing acidity and the delicious flavor of rice.
