This Daiginjo is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice, and is brewed slowly and extravagantly with great care. Named after the school song of Waseda University, which is closely associated with the university, it is a product of the Inamonkai. You can enjoy its delicate, mellow aroma and mild taste.
