Izumo Susa Enishinokaze Jummai

味わいの特徴

This sake is dedicated at the "Susa Shrine" in Izumo, which is considered a sacred power spot, and is slowly matured and stored in the Yakumo Wind Cave, a natural cool air vent located on the mountain side of the Susa Shrine, where it is infused with its breath. The pale golden pure rice sake "Izumo-Susa En no Kaze" was born. It is accompanied by a natural stone (power stone) purified in Shionoi, one of the seven wonders of Susa Shrine, and two cups.
