味わいの特徴
This junmai daiginjo-shu is made from rare Aizan rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 45%. The moment it enters the mouth, a smooth and clean ginjo aroma spreads from the tip of the tongue to the entire mouth, and the sake lives up to its name by spreading its aroma in all directions when the bottle is opened. The calligraphy printed on the label, "Kai-bottu juli-kou" (opening bottle and scent of ten li), was written by the chief priest of Kansanji Temple, an ancient Zen Buddhist temple in Suzhou, China.
