味わいの特徴
This special junmai sake, brewed with great care using the traditional Tamba Toji technique of "ikuhashi-zukuri", is bottled in its undiluted state. The rice used is 100% Yamada-Nishiki, the highest grade of rice suitable for sake brewing, produced in the special A district of Yoshikawa, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture. The brewing water is Miyamizu, the famous water of Nada. This special junmai sake has a rich, elegant flavor and is brewed with the utmost care and skill.
