Chotokusen Shirayuki Edogenroku no sake
- Based on the Konishi family's book of secrets, "Sake Eitai Kakucho," this is a reconstruction of the sake that was drunk in the Genroku period of Edo. Compared to modern brewing, only half of the brewing water is used, resulting in an amber color. It can be drunk in a variety of ways: on the rocks, with water, or with hot water.
