- 味わいの特徴
- Hitogokochi" produced in Nagano Prefecture is used. Hitogochochi is a softer sake rice than Miyamanishiki. We brewed Hitogokochi with the hope of conveying this softness in the taste of the sake. The acidity, which is reminiscent of kiwi fruit, combined with the clean taste, creates a junmai sake with a mouthfeel that will never get old. Winner of the gold medal at the IWC contest to be held in London in 2023.
