味わいの特徴
We used Miyamanishiki rice grown under contract at Maruyama Nosan in Matsukawa Village, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture. The safe and secure rice, grown with reduced use of agricultural chemicals, has been used to make this junmai daiginjo with a rich and mellow flavor, full of the flavor of the rice. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif in a wine glass while enjoying its aroma. It goes well with light dishes such as white meat sashimi.
