This special daiginjo for exhibition is brewed with great care and attention to detail in every step of the brewing process. The slightly cloudy, slightly cloudy part of the first drop of the first pressing is immediately filled with the undiluted sake. The fresh taste of the freshly squeezed, unadulterated sake gives it a lush, sweet aroma. It is a delicate "orikarami nama-zake. Please keep it refrigerated and drink it as soon as possible.
