Autumn Season Limited Edition Mellow autumn-aged "hiyaoroshi" sake. This is an autumn limited edition of "Korogaura Wakamizu" that meets the three conditions: (1) use of 100% Aichi brand rice, (2) contract cultivation, and (3) junmai sake, which are few and far between in the prefecture. It is medium-harsh and umami.
