This sake is made by bottling freshly pressed junmai ginjo sake. It has a sweet aroma with a hint of sourness. The full-bodied and umami taste can be felt, and when you take it into your mouth, you will taste "sourness, bitterness, astringency, and spiciness" in that order, and finally "sweetness", allowing you to enjoy the five tastes that sake originally possesses.
