It has a slightly sweet aroma derived from rice, and although the alcohol content is high at nearly 19%, it has a light and mild taste. The sweetness of the rice spreads quickly down the throat, making it a strong sake that is very satisfying to drink. Although it is a pure sake, it does not have a harsh taste and has a soft aftertaste. It can be enjoyed on the rocks for an even softer taste.
