味わいの特徴

The new flavor is created by purchasing high quality yuzu from Shimane Prefecture, famous for its yuzu, and blending the juice with the sake "Mejojo" ginjo-shu. Yuzu is rich in vitamins and is considered good for health and beauty. The fatty content of the yuzu peel may separate and accumulate on the surface of the liquid, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
