A special daiginjo with limited quantities. It is a drop sake made by putting the mash into a sake bag and collecting only the sake that drips by the force of nature without any pressure. It is a very fine and fragrant sake, but it is also precious in quantity, so it is shipped only in small quantities. It is aged at a low temperature after being heated in the bottle in its undiluted state so that its true flavor can be fully appreciated. Please enjoy its rich gin aroma and mellow flavor.
