Yamahai Jummaishu Hanabusa
- This richly flavored Junmai-shu is brewed using Yamada-Nishiki, a pesticide-free rice grown in our own rice paddies and by contract farmers in the local Iga area, and brewed using Yamahai brewing method without the addition of yeast. It is characterized by the delicious flavor of Yamada-Nishiki, the moderate acidity unique to Yamahai brewing, and a deep, deep flavor. Enjoy it with sautéed, roasted or grilled meats. We recommend serving it at room temperature or warmed.
