味わいの特徴
In 1986, the cultivation of Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, was revived in the rich natural environment of deep green Iga-Aoyama. The fifth generation brewer of Wakabisu, Hisakazu Shigeto, and local farmers have carefully nurtured it as "Mie Yamada-Nishiki" with the wishes of the local farmers. This sake has a mellow aroma and a full flavor, and is made by storing the once-fired sake in a bottle under sub zero temperatures.
