- This sake is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu made by carefully polishing in-house up to 40% "Yamadanishiki" sake rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture and brewed with soft water from the Mikane Mountains. This product was awarded the Superior Prize in the Ginjo-shu category of the 2009 Sake Competition sponsored by the Nagoya Regional Taxation Bureau.
