- We want to make sake that has a gorgeous aroma and is as dark as possible. Achieving both of these goals is extremely difficult and a dream come true. After years of research, this dream has finally borne fruit in the form of Oku. The dream continues to grow. With "Oku" as the foundation, we further refined the high-quality sake rice "Yumesansui" from Okumikawa and brought out its full potential. It is a sake with a rich flavor and suppleness.
