Seihsu Yamazakikamoshi Yumegingadorimu Namazake Jummaidaiginjogenshu
- 味わいの特徴
- Located on the eastern edge of Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, Mount Mikane is rich in nature. It is a perfect flying site for the Asagimadara, the only butterfly famous for crossing the sea, to fly to the open sea. The Asagimadara, which comes to this area in the fall as a migratory stopover, flies from here to as far away as Kikai Island, Amami-Oshima, Okinawa, and Taiwan. This sake is a junmai daiginjo-shu brewed with "Yumeginka," a new variety of sake rice bred by Aichi Prefecture, and water from the Mikane Mountains. This sake is brewed with the dream and hope that it will fly from this region to the world. Please enjoy its gorgeous aroma and rich, broad flavor.
