Seishu Yumesansuigowarigobu Oku Natsukasumi Namazake
- 味わいの特徴
- This junmai ginjo-shu is made entirely from Yumesansui, a high-quality sake rice grown under contract in Okumikawa. It is freshly squeezed in early spring and slightly muddled to soften its roughness and mellow it out. It is a slightly dry sake with a refreshing aroma and thirst-quenching taste.
