Seishu Sonno Hatsushibori Jummaiginjonamagenshu
- The first new sake brewed in the current year is called "Hatsu Shibori," and is bottled fresh and shipped immediately. This sake is made entirely from "Yumesansui" sake rice produced in Aichi Prefecture, and is the result of manual koji making and meticulous unrefined sake control unique to the brewery. It is characterized by both a gorgeous aroma and a rich, mellow flavor.
