Seishu Tsukuyominotage Hiyaoroshi Jummaiginjogenshu
- This sake is characterized by both a gorgeous aroma and a rich flavor. The sake is brewed during the cold season and matures over the summer, and is released as "hiyaoroshi" on September 9 (Chou-you-no-Sekku) for a limited time only, when the sake is in a good state of maturity at the beginning of autumn.
