- Aichi Ono Agricultural Cooperative's commitment to food and agriculture is based on locally harvested rice. Aichi no Kaori" from Nagakute Town, "Yumesansui" from Okumikawa, and delicious water from the foot of Mount Mikane in Mikawa produced the aromatic Junmai Ginjo-shu "Nagakute". The sake was named by the late Mr. Shozaburo Kimura, general producer of "EXPO 2005 AICHI, JAPAN", and the label was designed by Mr. Shigenobu Otani, former dean of Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music.
