Seishu Yamazakikamoshi Harunokuradashi Jummaiginjonamagenshu
- The new sake brewed this year is matured in its raw state until Risshun (first day of spring) and shipped at a good maturity, which we call "Spring Sake". This junmai ginjo-shu is made entirely from high-quality sake rice "Yumesansui" grown under contract in Okumikawa. It is a slightly dry sake with a refreshing aroma and a smooth taste.
