Seishu Yamazakikamoshi Natsuginjo Jummaiginjoshu
- We call the new sake brewed this year "Natsu Jungin," which is brewed and matured until summer and shipped fresh. This junmai ginjo-shu is made entirely from high-quality sake rice "Yumesansui" grown under contract in Okumikawa. It has a refreshing aroma, a smooth throat, and a slightly light taste.
