味わいの特徴
In the Edo period (1603-1867), a poor man's tokkuri (sake bottle) was set over the light of an andon in the evening. The warmed sake would be ready by midnight, and drinking it would relieve fatigue. Drinking it is said to have made one's fatigue vanish. In the cold of winter, it's good to "do" heated sake, chiri-chiiri, chiri-chiiri. Please enjoy the nostalgic warmth.
