味わいの特徴
This Daiginjo-shu is named after the year in which the brewery was founded. The sake is made at the same stage of unrefining as Daiginjo Koubai, but the sake is squeezed out of the vat in the "Shizukutori" method. The sake is then stored and aged for a certain period of time before being bottled. After a certain period of storage and maturation, it is shipped. This sake has a noble taste with a gorgeous aroma.
