Nogomi Junmaiginjo Omachi
- This is the only product we produce using Omachi rice (rice suitable for sake brewing). In order to make the most of the unique characteristics of Omachi rice, which has a rich flavor, we produce this junmai ginjo with a moderate aroma. You can enjoy the lingering sweetness and umami of Omachi rice, which are different from those of Yamada Nishiki. It can be enjoyed on its own, of course, but it can also be enjoyed with meat dishes (beef), strongly seasoned fish dishes, cheese, etc. Warming the sake to human skin temperature will further lengthen the aftertaste and give it a different aspect.
