味わいの特徴
 Nakadori" refers to the sake that comes out of the middle stage of the process of pressing the unrefined sake without applying pressure (by its own weight), and is considered to be the best quality part of the pressed sake. The rice used for this sake is locally grown Yamadanishiki from Kashima, and it is bottled fresh and then aged for at least three months in a refrigerated environment before being served. It is bottled fresh and refrigerated for at least three months before serving. Although it is a draft sake, it can also be enjoyed warmed up to human skin temperature. We hope you enjoy our luxurious "Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Nama" every season. Please keep it refrigerated as it is a pure sake.
