Nogomi Tokubetsujunmai Hiyaoroshi
- Hiyoroshi" refers to sake that has been pressed, fired, and stored in tanks before being bottled and shipped in the fall without being fired a second time. It is so-called "semi-nama-oshi. Our "hiyaoroshi" is stored at low temperatures and allowed to mature well through the hot summer months. It is mellower and more flavorful than the standard special junmai. It is a limited edition autumn product that tastes great warmed up in the chilly season.
