味わいの特徴
The story of the Zero fighter jet also has a story to tell here in Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture. At 5:30 p.m. on April 1, 1939, the first Zero fighter jet with pilot Shima on board took off from an airfield in Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture. The sake "Zero-sen no Tsubasa" was born in the rich Kakamino region where the Zero-sen was born, and is a sake derived from the Zero-sen. The taste is a slightly dry junmai ginjo with a mellow rice flavor and a clean aftertaste.
