味わいの特徴
Amou-touge, the last unexplored region of Hida, is located on the border between Hida and Shirakawa-go. 500 years have passed since Amou-sui was first produced, and there are many legends about it, including one in which an ascetic monk drank the water and bathed in it, which gave him divine powers to cure all illnesses. The water is also pure and hard, ideal for sake brewing, and the result is a sake with extremely vigorous fermentation. The blessings that this sake brings to us are something far beyond our imagination. This is an April release product.
