味わいの特徴
This is nigori sake "Sukeroku" bottled as it is. It is stored at low temperatures and only allows the live yeast to bed down, and when poured into a glass, etc., it begins to ferment. This is the reason for the foaming. Please enjoy the taste of "moromi" that you have not been able to drink before. Nigori sake contains natural carbon dioxide gas from the yeast. It is fresh, highly aromatic, and has a pleasantly tangy feel on the tongue and down the throat. Please be careful when opening the bottle.
