Gunjo Gurumekei Ginjoshu
- Yamada-Nishiki, the most suitable rice for sake brewing (the largest grain rice suitable for sake brewing), was polished to 50% and Ehime Prefecture yeast (EK-1) was used. It has a gorgeous aroma with a strong flavor and a smooth taste. It is slightly dry, but is good chilled or slightly lukewarm in the warmer temperatures.
