味わいの特徴
The wine has a slightly hazy, pale and generally silvery color. The fresh aroma is a combination of fruit flavors of apple, sweetie, muscatel, pine leaf green, White White plum, gardenia, and even rose flower. It is then fused with the creaminess of cappuccino foam, pancakes, baking powder, yuba leaves, and cashews. The palate has a strong attack of rich blackness, which is concentrated from the first half to the mid-palate. It is concentrated in the first half of the mouth and the middle part of the palate, thus providing a pleasantly tight mouthfeel. The rich viscosity and the smoothness of the palate provide a pleasant balance orally and in the mouth, attractively accentuating the contrast of mixed tastes. The aftertaste is pleasantly sweet and the freshness of the aromas returns.
